Many entrepreneur owners in the effort to cope with unstable and predictable cash flows and tight margins, often end up working in their business and not on it. Unfortunately, this leaves them with few or no strategies to cultivate growth in their businesses, hence they become stagnant and weaker in performance over the long term.

The Seminar highlights important value drivers that maximise intrinsic value in the business and not just extrinsic value which focuses on growing sales and cutting costs, the typical approach of many SMEs.
